Every item is made to order. Personalized items typically ship in 3-5 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves.
How much is shipping? How long does it take?
Standard shipping (3–5 business days): FREE on every US order during our current limited-time promotion (normally $8.00, free on orders over $50). Need it faster? Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for $15.00.
Can I combine discounts or promotions?
Discounts can't be combined — when more than one promotion applies to your order, we automatically give you the best total discount.
What's your return policy?
Because items are personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Can I see a preview before you print it?
Yes - the preview on the product page shows exactly how your text/design will look.
